Welcome to the booking portal of France Private Drivers. By requesting a transfer quote or booking a service through our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following operational terms and conditions.

1. Direct-Partner Dispatch Framework

France Private Drivers operates as a digital facilitator and dispatch coordinator. We match client journey specifications with fully licensed, independent local chauffeur partners based across the French Riviera. All transport contracts are technically established directly between the passenger and the dispatched operator who fulfills the booking.

2. Fixed, All-Inclusive Quotes

All quotes returned to you by our partners are fixed, manually verified, and inclusive of standard high-road tolls (péages), fuel, VAT, and scheduled terminal waiting times. No surge multiplier pricing is ever applied after booking validation. Optional requests (such as unscheduled additional stops, changes in final destinations, or excessive delays) may be subject to manual adjustments by the operating chauffeur.

3. Airport Terminal Waiting Policies

To maintain pristine coordination, our partners structure waiting policies carefully:

• Airport Terminal Pickups: Includes up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time starting from the actual, tracked landing time of your flight. Flight arrivals are systematically monitored via radar coordinates.
• Train Station Pickups: Includes up to 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
• Cruise Port Pickups: Includes up to 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the agreed disembarkation or tender arrival time.
• Hotel & Office Pickups: Includes up to 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the scheduled departure time.
• Additional Waiting Time: Delays beyond the complimentary limits may be charged at the operating chauffeur's standard hourly rate, which will be specified during quote dispatch.

4. Passenger and Luggage Accountability

Passengers must specify accurate passenger quantities and luggage dimensions. Operating chauffeurs reserve the absolute regulatory right to decline transport if the physical luggage or passenger headcount exceeds the certified safety limits of the dispatched vehicle category.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

Reservations can be canceled or modified free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time directly by emailing or messaging your dispatched chauffeur partner. Cancellations made under 24 hours of scheduled transfers may be subject to late cancellation fees, which will be communicated clearly on your quote sheet.

6. Applicable French Law

All transport operations and disputes are governed strictly by the commercial regulations of the French Republic. Passenger transport is subject to active French transport regulations under the jurisdiction of the French Ministry of Transport.
